Users must ensure that all personal data provided is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Users are solely responsible for any inaccuracies or damages caused to METRÓPOLIS or third parties by the submission of false or outdated information.
If a user submits data belonging to a third party (e.g., in the case of a couple’s membership or when registering an Assistant to manage bookings), the user confirms that they have informed said third party of the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy and have obtained their consent to provide their data to METRÓPOLIS for the stated purposes. The user assumes responsibility for any claim arising from the processing of that data.
METRÓPOLIS will process personal data for the following purposes:
A. Managing Membership Applications
To evaluate the application, verify identity, manage payment of fees and services, send confirmation messages, and provide transactional communications related to membership.
